These terms cover your use of this website and the messages you may receive from us. By using this site you agree to what is written here.
Text messaging terms
Who sends the messages. Text messages are sent by Lubbock Artificial Turf. Our messages come from (806) 630-0409, the same number shown on every page of this site.
What we send. Two kinds of messages, and you choose each one separately when you fill out a form. Service and appointment messages cover your quote request, scheduling a measure at your property, appointment reminders and confirmations, and updates while work is underway. Promotional messages cover occasional offers and seasonal specials. You can agree to one, both, or neither, and neither one is required to get a quote from us.
How often. Message frequency varies. It depends on your project and on which messages you agreed to receive.
Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. STOP ends the messages, and we send one confirmation that they have stopped. HELP returns our name and contact information. You can also call us at (806) 630-0409 and ask us to stop.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for our messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If something is time sensitive, call us instead of waiting on a text.
Supported carriers and privacy. Messaging is supported on major United States mobile carriers, and carrier support can change without notice. Your mobile number and your consent are handled as described in our privacy policy, which states that we never share them with third parties for marketing.
Quotes and pricing
Prices and ranges shown on this site are general information, not an offer. A real price comes after someone measures the space and puts the scope in writing. A written quote is valid only for the work it describes, and material pricing can move.
Using this site
The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use. Please give us accurate information when you fill out a form, and please do not use this site to send anything unlawful or to interfere with how it runs.
Content on this site
We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in effect, and material changes to the messaging terms will be posted here before they take effect.
