This policy explains what Lubbock Artificial Turf collects when you contact us, what we do with it, and how you can reach us about it. Plain English, no surprises.

What we collect
When you fill out a quote form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, your phone number if you choose to give one, your email address if the form asks for one, a short description of the project you want priced, and any notes you add. We also record whether you checked a box asking us to text you.
When you call the number on this site, we collect your phone number and whatever you tell us about your project so we can call you back.
We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information. Please do not send them through the form.
How we use it
We use what you send us to price your project and to talk with you about it. In practice that means calling you back, texting you if you asked us to, emailing you a written quote, scheduling a measure at your property, and following up about the work. If you asked for promotional messages, we may also send you occasional offers, and you can stop those at any time without affecting your quote.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to other companies to market their own products to you.
Text messages and your mobile information
Text messaging consent is separate from everything else on our forms. You are never required to agree to text messages to get a quote, and your consent is never bundled with agreeing to our terms. Each consent checkbox on this site starts unchecked, and you choose whether to check it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
In plain terms: your mobile number and your SMS consent are never sold and never shared for anyone else to market to you. Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Full messaging terms are on our terms page.
Who else sees your information
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf, for example the company that hosts this website, the phone and messaging platform that carries our calls and texts, and the customer records system where we keep your quote. They may only use it to provide that service to us, and they may not use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and message records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop calling, stop texting, stop emailing, or delete what we hold about you. Reply STOP to any text to end texts immediately. To ask about anything else, call (806) 630-0409.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version replaces this page. Any change to how we handle text message consent will be posted here before it takes effect.
